Pre-Assessments
QSI performs pre-assessments to assist customers in determining their readiness for a variety of management system criteria. Our approach is unique in that we perform the pre-assessment with qualified customer internal auditors. This not only serves as a pre-assessment, but also as an organization's first internal audit.
Internal Audits
QSI performs annual internal audits for customers who are not staffed to resource this activity for themselves. Our audits are performed to the documented quality system requirements and result in a detailed audit report that includes audit findings and observations. QSI personnel are available to discuss the audit results with management personnel and to outline an approach for effective corrective and preventative action.
Supplier / Subcontractor Audits
QSI can assist a business in auditing key suppliers such as those who perform special processes in order to meet the requirements of API Spec. Q1, 7th Edition, clause 7.4.1.3.
Mergers & Acquisitions
QSI performs assessments to assist clients in determining possible liabilities related to management systems and regulatory compliance.
