Process Improvements

When continual problems plague an operation and traditional root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action or similar tools are not effective, other means are available to brainstorm the problems, document them and initiate activities that will allow continual improvement.

A structured Process Improvement Project (PIP) allows a company to set forth targeted process related objectives to methodologically approach the problems encountered. The PIP is a conglomeration of data set forth in a structured manner that presents tangible targets to investigate and improve upon within specified time frames. PIP's work hand-in-hand with the results of the implementation of other tools (assessments, surveillances, investigations, non-conformity trends, etc.).

The methodology behind the PIP allows for the documentation of problematic inputs and visually deploys them so that the breadth of the project is clearly understood. Thereafter, a series of techniques are used to map out the PIP for deployment, implementation and results tracking. The results are improved processes and increased monetary gain.
