The subject of risk is common between Q1 and Q2; however, the specifications have two different intents.
Q1’s risk deals with risk associated with product quality and delivery of product. The discovery of risk associated with Q1 and product may be delayed (i.e., once the product is installed or in use); whereas,
Q2’s risk deals with risk associated with services and service-related product. The discovery of risk associated with Q2 and services may be more readily at hand in that the risk has the possibility of occurring during implementation of the service.
